
My Success in overcoming Covid19 - Vitamin P & The Glass half full
I found Vitamin P for Positivity better than Vitamin C
It does not matter if our glass is half full or empty. I am thankful, I at least have a glass to fill

Read & reread my favourite books by Rhonda Byrne, Marshall Goldsmith, Robin Sharma, Jack Welch, Shiv Khera, Prakash Iyer

Laugh while watching reruns of the Kapil Sharma Show, Youtube videos of the Marathi series “Maharashtra chi Hasya Jatra” and “Amit Tandon standup comedy” or reading Dilbert by Scott Adams

“Live-in-the-moment” Relaxation & stress management is nothing else but living in the moment while we eat a nice dish, listen to lovely music, play with our child or watch a movie

Be grateful daily when I wake up, I thank God for being alive & for having good work & a great family

Stop complaining as nobody cares & nobody wants to listen (other than you parents)
