
RRR - The 3Rs after resignation
This time during transition between jobs, I chose to take nearly a month off to not only prepare myself better but also to spend time in doing things that make me smile, laugh & be happy both now & in the long term.
Here’s what I have been up to over the last 3 weeks –

· Daily entertainment hour - watch TV
· Sleep, meditate & listen to music
· Catch up with relatives & friends
(2) RECHARGE & REJUVENATE
· Daily health hour - exercise, yoga & walking
· Travel & enjoy new experiences
· Networking for preparation for the next professional role
(3) RELEARN & RECONNECT
· Daily learning hour - 1 hour reading of books
· Read 6 newspapers & listen to experts for a daily knowledge dose
. Catch up on overdue meetings with professional connects
