𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗕𝗠) 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗘𝗢
𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 - 𝙏𝙤𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙨𝙚 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙖𝙠 😊

2001 - I was the BM of HSBC, Borivali, Mumbai branch (photo 1)

2003 - I was the BM of HSBC, South Extension, New Delhi branch (photo 2)

2005 - I made a presentation to the senior management of HSBC that a BM’s role is nothing less than that of a CEO. 

2015 - I took over my 1st role as the CEO

Even today, I truly believe that the BM of a Bank or for that matter, any other business, is the CEO of his / her branch. Everything in & around the branch is their responsibility; just like it is for the CEO.

So if any BM is reading this post - be proud of yourself & from today let your heart swell with pride & let your work be impeccable; a stamp of your highest ability - after all, you are the CEO of your branch.

Finally on a lighter note - the spectrum of expectations (job description) for both the BM & the CEO are extremely wide -
